Is the Jewellery insured in transit?
Yes our Jewellery is insured until it is signed for on delivery.
Do you offer free freight?
Freight is free on all purchases above $150 AUD
Do You ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide with a signature on delivery.
Are all items in Stock?
Generally all items are in stock, occasionally we will have to manufacture the piece which can add a delay to the order of approximately 10 days.
Can I order a product in a different Colour or Carat of gold?
Yes you can, if the option is not available online then please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
What carat metals are available?
We can manufacture in 9ct, 10ct, 14ct or 18ct
Currently the default is set to 9ct; please contact us to arrange a quote in your specified carat and colour.
What colour metals are available?
Currently only our best sellers are listed in colours other than Yellow. If the option is not available to select a different metal colour please contact us for a quote and availability.
Can I order a product with different stones set than what is pictured?
Yes you can, please contact us to arrange a quote.
Do the pins on the stock pins bend easily?
No we use high grade stainless steel on the pin section only so they can withstand being pushed through thick fabric.
Does your Silver Jewellery tarnish?
Where possible we use Argentium Silver. Argentium silver, is a modern sterling silver alloy, containing 93.5% silver. The traditional sterling alloy (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) is modified by removing some of the copper and adding the metalloid germanium. Does your gold Jewellery tarnish?
All low carat gold will tarnish over a long period of time, or when exposed to chemicals. We use the highest quality alloys available to help resist oxidation. You can return your Jewellery at any time for a free clean and polish and inspection.
Do you make custom pieces?
EJ and co can custom make any equestrian themed piece of jewellery.
Alternatively our sister company MG Jewellery designs can manufacture or repair all traditional styles. www.mgjd.com.au
What guarantee do you offer?
Our jewellery has a lifetime guarantee on manufacturing defects only. This does not cover general wear and tear, as all Jewellery will wear out over time. We are also able to offer repairs from wear and tear at a very competitive rate as we manufacture all our jewellery.
Where is your Jewellery Made?
All Jewellery is Manufactured by us in Australia. Some chain items are manufactured in Italy to the highest industry standards.
Do you offer refunds?
We do offer refunds under Australian law. Essentially if the item is damaged or not as described we ask that you return the item and we will refund the full amount. Further information can be found in the below link.
Do you offer change of mind refunds?
We do not offer a refund on change of mind purchases. We do offer store credit if the item is returned with a signature on delivery, and is in the same condition as it left us. I.e. unworn and undamaged.
